Tim Roth- Genius. He portrayed the attitude of a fried/freaked out bellman really well, and at first I thought it was just dumb, but as the movie progressed, I sat there like “wow, I’ve pulled that face before.”
It is a funny/stupid/creepy/ridiculous film about life in a hotel, and I loved it. Tarantino did a great job in the 90’s with that one and I’m glad I saw it while still working in the hospitality industry.
End Note: I’d chop a man’s pinky off for 1100 dollars if I were in Ted’s (Tim Roth) shoes.
ed: I say life in a hotel, but it’s life in a hotel in Quentin Tarantino’s twisted vision…
